Conflict Management Course

From March 17 to March 19, 2009, Civil Society Institute organized three day course on conflict management. The course conducted by Artak Kirakosyan, Head of the Board of CSI. During lessons, which also included non formal educational training, the participants with different educational background learned about the essence of conflict, the stages of conflict escalation, and methods of conflict transformation by Friedrich Glasl’s thesis. The participants received the certificates and training manuals.
