Civil Society Institute Elected a New President

On November 27, 2008, Civil Society Institute's Members Assembly elected Arman Danielyan as the new CSI president.

The same day Artak Kirakosyan was elected as the head of CSI Board.

Arman Danielyan was born in 1973. He graduated from the Yerevan State Engineering University Department of Cybernetics. He also studied an Advanced Course on Human Rights held by Helsinki Foundation of Human Rights (Poland).
He has worked for CSI since 2000. And in that same year, Arman became CSI vice president.
Since 2004, he represents CSI in the Board on Public Monitoring of penitentiary service under the Ministry of Justice of the RA.

Arman has headed and coordinated a number of CSI projects.
