Meeting with Rait Kuuse

On March 30, 2009, a meeting took place with Penal Reform International regional director Rait Kuuse at CSI office. Financial manager of PRI Tbilisi office Giorgi Tsibadze, French Embassy in Armenia scientific and technical attaché Barbara Rehbinder, expert Natalya Seitmuratova, CSI president Arman Danielyan, CSI head of the board Artak Kirakosyan and representatives of CSI's Human rights department were present at the meeting.

Further steps of cooperation were discussed. Special attention was paid to the perspectives of the juvenile justice issue in Armenia.
