Closing ceremony of the “Reducing torture and ill-treatment through strengthening preventive monitoring mechanisms in Armenia and Georgia” project

31 Aug. 2018, Yerevan Today at CSI office the closing ceremony of the project “Reducing torture and ill-treatment through strengthening preventive monitoring mechanisms in Armenia and Georgia” took place. More than forty representatives from the government, parliament, embassies, and NGO’s participated in the event.
In the framework of the project four thematic papers and one short factsheet from the “Detention Monitoring tool: Addressing risk factors to prevent torture and ill-treatment” were translated into Armenian, presented and disseminated during the event.
The translated publications are the followings:

The Publications have been produced within the framework of Penal Reform International’s project “Reducing torture and ill-treatment through strengthening preventive monitoring mechanisms in Armenia and Georgia”, with the financial support of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
